Investment
Property InvestorWe all make an investment at some stage in our lives, the question is 'what makes a sound investment?'  There are always going to be risks whatever we do in life, what we need to do is to determine 'are the risks worth the benefits?'

Property in the main is usually a sound investment and with the appropriate checks on 'land registry', surveys and studying plans for economic development in the area; you can get a good return on your investment.

How do you find the sound investments?  This is the million pound question.  We have associations with the main property developers who are 'business people who want a return on their investment,' (like we all do).  Therefore, when they develop an area, they  plan to get their return as quickly as possible on 75% of the houses they build on that land.  The remaining 25% are then a bonus, but theses last few often can take a while to be sold (especially with climatic, financial and regional influences), therefore they contact us to sell the remainder at a discounted rate.  In turn we pass these on to our registered investors and make a small commission in the process, and everyone is happy.

The only way this process can work, is if our investors have disposable income i.e. not tied up in other investments.  Everything must happen in a matter of weeks (including all the surveys and contracts signed).
We have a number of professional service providers that we can recommend to you, in order for this to all go smoothly, however, we are happy to work with your preferred suppliers if necessary (please make sure they are fully aware of the timescales involved in investment property purchases).

Property InvestorEfficiency & Profitability
Our aim is to assist you in making a sound investment as quickly as possible.  If we satisfy our property developers, then we are going to get 'first call' on all investment opportunities, which in turn we can inform you about.  As you make a profit you are able to re-invest in other opportunities.
